Connections Networking Group is an independent group of local business people who gather together once a month to support and provide business referrals for each other.
Some members have been running companies successfully for years; others have just set out on their journey.
The group is not about the size of your business or wealth.
Its fundamental values are kindness and support.
However, lots of leads get passed between members every meeting, so as a source of work, it’s incredibly successful.
If members have a query or business dilemma, someone in the room has usually encountered it before, and it’s often resolved quickly.
The only commitment we ask for is regular attendance and a desire to help others and accept help.
The meeting format is: arrive just before 08:30 for tea or coffee and free networking, a 1-minute introduction, breakfast, and a referrals slot. You’re not expected to provide referrals on your first few meetings. Our members (around 28 on a regular basis) range from Solicitors and Accountants to a Removals man, an Oven cleaner, marketing people, a therapist, and funeral directors.
